Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. ISF is not responsible for product issues caused by improper handling, storage, or delays in opening the package after delivery.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns.
Any refund, store credit, or replacement will be issued solely at ISF’s discretion after review of the claim.
To report a shipping or product issue, please contact isftrading.store@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of both the product and the packaging.
